摘　　要：文章首先对江苏溧阳地区的民居在经受地震后造成的破坏情况进行了概述,结合现状,说明该区民居的整体抗震能力很差。同时,针对存在的问题,提出应从提高防震减灾意识、抓建材质量、合理规划、注重房屋结构的合理性等几方面入手,做好民居的抗震设防工作。Firstly, damages of residential houses in Liyang, Jiangshu, caused by earthquakes, are summarized in this paper, which show that seismic resistant ability of these houses as a whole is very poor at present. Then, based on existing problems, some suggestions, such as enhancing consciousness of earthquake protection and disaster mitigation, improving construction material quality, planning reasonably, paying attention to rationality of building structure, are proposed, aiming at to making seismic fortification work for residential houses better.
