废旧印刷线路板非金属粉末对再生HDPE的改性研究

摘　　要：本文研究了将废旧印刷线路板非金属粉末(VT粉)作为填料填充到HDPE中对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果发现,VT粉对HDPE可以起到明显的增强作用,当VT粉含量为50%时,复合材料弯曲模量增幅达243%,弯曲强度增加约32%;同时还发现加入10%的PE接枝物可以使复合材料的拉伸强度增加约19%。The effect of nonmetal powder of waste PCB （VT powder） filled HDPE on composite material was studied in this paper. The result shows the VT powder could effectively enhance the mechanical properties of composite material. Flexural modulus and flexural strength increased by 243%, 32% respectively. Another result shows tensile strength of composite material increased about 19% when 10% PE grafted material was added.
