摘　　要：高校人文社会科学研究成果评价面临新的挑战,需要完善科学的人文社会科学研究成果评价体制。在学术评价过程中,一要在评价体系中确定合理、有效的指标评价,注重评价体系机制创新。二要建立符合人文社会科学成果特点的综合性评价体系:包括科研成果由量到质的转变、人文社科成果转化的重要性、建立代表作评价制度等一系列有利于建设良性发展的人文社会科学研究成果评价体系机制。Based on a review of the current situation and working experience of managing philosophy and social science studies in Shaanxi Normal University, the paper discussed the management of the output assessment system in humanities and social science from two aspects ： first, emphasizing the importance of quality index in assessment standard according to the characteristics of humanities and social science and emphasizing innovation - oriented evaluation system. Second, we must establish a comprehensive evaluation system according to the characteristics of humanities and social science： inclu- ding changes from quantity to quality, the importance of outcome, and the importance of the establishment of a series of representative evaluation system is conducive to the sound development of the construction of the humanities and social science research evaluation system mechanism.
