摘　　要：企业化政府考虑了政府组织的运作过程、成本及管理方式,是政府改革的新理论范式之一。该理论是美国政府改革实践的一个有待改进的版本,我们必须建立在自身行政生态环境中来考查其利弊。通过分析企业化政府的特征,指出中国政府改革的现状,揭示了"企业化政府"理论对中国政府改革的启示。The thesis analyzes the process, cost and ways of management in enterprise-oriented government operations. This theory is from the practice of American government, and still needs improvement. This paper points out the current conditions of government administration reform in China and the enlightenment of the ＂enterprise-oriented government＂ theory.
