摘 要:以塑料替代铝合金制造汽车发动机进气歧管是目前汽车工业的重点研发内容,对于汽车轻量化及提高发动机性能和燃料利用率有重要作用。在塑料发动机进气歧管设计开发阶段,采用真空注型工艺进行少量试制件生产并进行性能试验和设计验证,试制件除了对制件有尺寸精度、形位精度要求外,还对材料的耐高温及气密性有特殊要求。通过对选用材料和常用材料的对比试验,确定了材料和工艺,并经过汽车发动机耐久性试验,符合开发阶段的试验要求。研究结果对同类产品开发有参考价值,目前此项研究仅局限于进气歧管的开发阶段。At present,the use of aluminum alloy substituted for plastic to manufacture automotive engine air intake manifold is the focus of R D content of the automobile industry.It plays an important role for automobile lightweight,as well as the enhancement of engine performance and fuel utilization.In the phase of the plastic engine intake manifold design and development,a small amount of trial-type pieces can be produced with vacuum casting process to carry out performance test and design verification.Besides requirements for dimensional accuracy and position accuracy,trial pieces have special requirements for high temperature resistance and air tightness of the material.The materials and processes are determined through the comparison test of materials selected and often used.And in line with the test requirements of the development phase,car engine endurance test should be taken.The result of the research is a valuable reference for the development of similar products.The study is limited to the development stage of intake manifold.
