摘　　要：我国正处于社会转型的关键时期,社会转型使农村的社会经济结构发生了重大的变化,也给现阶段农民增收带来深刻的影响。提出发展有中国特色的现代农业是增收的根本,培养高素质的现代新型农民是增收的关键,推进城市化进程的有序发展是增收的有效途径,坚持城市反哺农村的道路是增收的可靠保障等措施。Our country is in the key period of social changes, which brings great changes to the social and economic structure in the rural area and which also greatly influences the income improvement of farmers in the present period. In view of the present situation, the paper further puts forward that to develop modern agriculture and to cultivate farmers of high capacity is the key to improve the income of farmers, to promote the urbanization is the effective way to improve the income, and to persist the way of helping rural area by urban area is the reliable security system.
