福建省利用外资存在的主要问题及对策研究

摘　　要：外资已成为主导福建省经济走势的重要力量,但实证分析表明,20世纪90年代中期以来,福建省利用外资比重持续下降,引资后劲严重不足。为了扭转这一不利局面,福建省必须要在不断改善投资环境的基础上延长产业发展链,提高引进外资的聚集效应;并且加快区域经济整合,实现利用外资可持续增长。Foreign funds have been an important power guiding the economic trend in Fujian Province but the empirical study shows that the utilization of foreign funds have been declining since 1990s with a weak stamina. To reverse this disadvantage, Fu- jian Province must, based on improving the investment environment, extend the industry development chain, increase the collection effects of the introduction of foreign capital, quicken the regional economic integration and actualize the sustainable development of utilizing the foreign funds.
