摘　　要：朱执信是资产阶级革命派中杰出的理论活动家。他注重从制度上分析经济发展的制约因素,揭示了恶劣的政府与不良的制度环境阻碍了经济的发展,又从经济与社会发展的角度思考和设计制度对策。这些富有创见的制度变革思想,对我们今天认识和处理经济发展问题仍具有一定的理论借鉴意义。Zhu Zhi-xin, a remarkable bourgeois democracy revolutionary, paid attention to analyzing the issue on economic development in institution. He held that only if the social revolution in the field of institution of social economy had been finished in China, would the circumstances of social economy be changed completely. In the same time, he put forward countermeasures on institution from the point of view of economic and social development. These points, together with valuable policy and thinking, enrich the knowledge and experiences for the government to realize and to deal with the economic problems.
