浅析青岛老城区的保护与发展

摘　　要：青岛是我国典型的近代殖民城市,滨海山色的城市整体风貌特色突出,目前这一特色在老城区得到了较大面积的保存,这在我国历史文化名城中是难能可贵的。以城市设计的角度从点、线、面系统梳理老城区保护与发展中的矛盾与问题,重点分析建筑与绿化、建筑色彩与材质、街道空间、建筑高度和尺度、建筑历史符号等,以求对城市风貌建设与老城区保护工作有所启示。Qingdao is the typical modern colony city with its characteristics of sea and mountain. The very wide range of conservation in the old city is the best in our national historical cities. So, from the city design, the paper analyzes systematically in the points, lines and areas the contradictions and problems of the conservation and development of old Qingdao, it closely concerns architectures and plants,architectural colour and material,the space of townscape,architectural height and rule, and historical signals etc, which is of inspiration to the construction of city landscape and the conservation of the old city.
