摘　　要：阐述了目前图书馆编目业务外包的两种模式,探讨了提出自主聘人进馆服务模式的缘由以及这种新模式的运作方法和优点。This paper expounds two currently adopted outsourcing modes of the cataloguing work of university library, and probes into the reasons of putting forward the mode of autonomous recruitment and service in library and the operation method and advantages of this new mode.
