摘　　要：服务育人是高校图书馆读者服务工作的宗旨。分析了高校图书馆服务育人工作的意义,阐述了高校图书馆如何践行服务育人工作,并提出了进一步优化服务育人工作的对策。Service-based education is the goal of service for readers of university library. This paper analyzes the significance of service-based education of university library, expounds how university library to practice the service-based education, and advances some countermeasures for optimizing the service-based education.
