摘　　要：在高校图书馆服务过程中,不可避免地会出现一些服务失误。通过问卷调查,分析了服务失误产生的原因,提出了有效进行失误补救的具体措施。In the course of the service of university library, the service failures occur inevitably. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the causes of the failures in the service, and puts forward some concrete measures for effectively making the failure remedy.
