摘　　要：分析了电子期刊的优势及对高校图书馆发展的影响,针对目前电子期刊存在的问题,提出了电子期刊管理和利用的具体措施。This paper analyzes the superiorities of electronic periodicals and the influences on the development of university library, and in the light of the existing problems, advances some measures for the management and utilization of electronic periodicals.
