摘 要:为研究碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)对腐蚀防护的效果,采用实验室加速腐蚀的试验方法,利用人工海水对2种不同强度等级的CFRP混凝土小柱分别采用不同加固方案进行侵蚀,并对腐蚀后的试件进行抗压力学性能测试.采用强度及其退化率来考察腐蚀程度、混凝土强度等级及加固形式对试件抗压性能的影响.结果表明,CFRP具有良好的腐蚀防护效果,可改善试件力学性能,且加固方案对腐蚀防护具有一定的影响.Accelerated corrosion test was carried out under laboratory conditions to investigate the corrosion protection of CFRP wraps under the seawater. Two strength grade concrete cylinders strengthened respectively with different schemes were immerged in the artificial seawater and compressive properties of all the corrosion specimens were tested. The strength and strength degradation were chosen as indexes to estimate the effects of CFRP corrosion protection for the specimens. Corrosion degrees and strengthened schemes were considered as influence factors. Results show that the application of CFRP wraps can provide favorable corrosion protection as well as improve the mechanical properties of the concrete cylinder. And strengthened schemes also affect the corrosion protection.
