摘 要:为减缓油气田环境中CO2的腐蚀,以氨基三亚基甲基膦苯、吗啉、硫尿和其他缓蚀剂为原料复配了一种缓蚀剂GT-1,采用静态挂片失重法和电化学测试方法研究了GT-1对CO2腐蚀的缓蚀效果.结果表明:GT-1对碳钢的阳极活性溶解有着明显的抑制作用,属于阳极型缓蚀剂;复配后对CO2腐蚀有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率高达96.07%,是高效的气相缓蚀剂;氨基三亚基甲基膦苯、吗啉、硫尿和其他缓蚀剂之间具有良好的协同促进作用.To decrease the corrosive action of CO2 in oil-gas field, a compound inhibitor (GT- 1 ) including amino tris(methylene phosphonic acid), morpholine, thiourea and other normal corrosion inhibitors was developed to control CO2 corrosion both in vapor and liquid phases, and its inhibition efficiency was evaluated by static weight-loss method and electrochemical measurement. Results show that GT-1 can decrease the carbon steels anodic dissolution significantly, which belongs to anodic corrosion inhibitor. GT- 1 attains good inhibition effect in anti -CO2 corrosion, and its inhibition efficiency is up to 96.07 %. Tris (methylene phosphonic acid), morpholine, thiourea and other normal corrosion inhibitors have an excellent synergetic effect.
