摘 要:超声冲击处理是一种改善焊接接头残余应力的新方法.本文对该方法所用的超声冲击处理装置进行了研究,研制成功具有频率自动跟踪和输出功率自动调节功能的超声冲击处理装置.利用该设备,进行了Q235,HG70钢超声冲击处理效果的验证性试验.初步试验结果表明:超声冲击处理装置的设计满足实际工作需要,该方法能够有效地改善焊接接头的残余应力.Ultrasonic peening treatment is a new method that can improve residual stress of welded joints. In this paper, the ultrasonic peening treatment equipment was studied and developed. It was with the functions of automatic frequency-tracking and automatic output power-adjusting. With the equipment, the verification tests of ultrasonic peening treatment effectiveness on the Q235, HG70 steel were carried out. Preliminary results indicate that the equipment can satisfy the engineering requirement. Ultrasonic peening treatment can effectively improve the residual stress of welded joints.
