摘　　要：目的:研究DDPH对多种介质引起的豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩的影响。方法:离体器官平滑肌实验法。结果:不同剂量的DDPH可非竞争性抑制Hist,ACh及Ca^(2+)的作用,使它们的量效曲线非平行右移,最大反应变低,其pD_2值分别为4.09,3.95,3.85。DDPH还抑制K^+所致气管平滑肌收缩,但作用较维拉帕米弱,它们的IC_(50)值分别为11.75和1.58μmol/L。结论:DDPH通过非竞争性Ca^(2+)拮抗作用使豚鼠气管平滑肌松弛。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of 1-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenylethylamino) propane hydrochloride(DDPH) on contraction of isolated tracheal strips of guinea pigs induced by some mediators. METHODS: The experimental methods of the contraction - effect of the isolated tracheal strips. RESULTS: Histamine, acetylcholine and CaCl2 caused significant cumulative concentration - effect relationship with pD2 values of 5.80,5.93 and 3.58 respectively. After being incubated with DDPH of different dosage for 15min,the respones elicited by hist. ACh and CaCl2 were depressed and pD'2 values were 4. 09, 3. 95 and 3. 85 respectively. Cumulative concentration of DDPH and verapamil resulted in concentration dependent relaxing effects on contraction of tracheal strips induced by K+ 60mmol/L with IC50 values of 11.75 and 1.58()mol/L. CONCLUSION: DDPH has a significant relaxing effect on tracheal smooth muscle.
