摘 要:目的评价高原旅客列车运行初期,客运乘务员在高原作业状态下某些高原适应性生理指标的变化。方法对第4趟进入高原作业的乘务员在高原作业状态下进行高原适应性生理指标的监测。监测指标包括体温、心率、血压、心电图、血氧饱和度等。结果高原作业状态下客运乘务员的心率均加快,心率、血压、心电图高原异常发生率分别为10.42%、45.83%、35.42%,与平原比较,差异有统计学意义;血氧饱和度、肺活量普遍降低。结论在高原旅客列车运行初期,客运乘务员在高原作业状态下高原适应性生理指标发生了一定程度的代偿性变化。[ Objective] To evaluate the changes of physiological indexes on plateau adaptability of passenger crew during the initial operation stage of the plateau passenger train. [ Methods ] The physiological indexes on plateau adaptability of the crew who came into the plateau at the fourth trip were monitored at high altitudes. The monitoring indexes included body temperature, cardiac rhythm, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, oxygen saturation, etc. [ Results ] The cardiac rhythm of passenger crew all speeded up at high altitudes. The abnormal rate of cardiac rhythm, blood pressure and electrocardiogram was 10.42% ,45.83% and 35.42% respectively, there were significant differences in those indexes between on the plain and on the plateau. The oxygen saturation and vital capacity decreased universally. [ Conclusion] During the initial operation stage of the plateau passenger train, there was a compensatory change in the physiological indexes of plateau adaptability among passenger crew in some degree.
