摘　　要：目的了解电厂工人健康状况,及时治疗隐匿性疾病,促进职工健康水平的提高。方法对某电厂897名干部职工2007年9月体检资料,包括心电图,腹部B超,胸片,血生化检查等,做一综合分析。结果主要疾病分别为高脂血症(30.32%)、高尿酸(17.39%)、高血压(15.61%)、糖尿病(6.35%)等疾病。结论高脂血症、高血压等心血管系统疾病是危害干部职工健康的主要疾病,应加强防治,做好各项预防保健工作。[ Objective ] To understand the health status of power plant workers, and treat occult disease timely, and improve workers health level. [ Methods ] Health examination data of 897 cadres and workers in a power plant in September 2007, including electrocardiogram, abdominal B ultrasound, chest X-ray, blood biochemical examination, were comprehensively analyzed. [ Results ] The main diseases were hyperlipemia {30.32% } , hyperuricemia （ 17.39% } , hypertension I 15.61% } , diabetes {6.35% } , etc. [ Conclusion] Cardiovascular diseases such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension are major health hazards to cadres and workers. It is necessary to strengthen prevention, control and health care.
