摘　　要：目的总结国家实验室能力验证考核中准确测定高锰酸盐指数项目的经验。方法严格执行GB/T 5750.7-2006的酸性高锰酸钾测定法。结果经过环境保护总局标准样品研究所(IERM)的考核验证,该实验结果均在考核要求范围内,并接近靶值。结论严格掌握反应条件,准确控制加热时间、滴定速度,加热时进行加盖反应,计算时注意消除空白实验的影响是准确检测高锰酸盐指数项目的几个关键问题。[ Objeelive ] To summarize the experience in accurate Determination of Permanganate Index Project of the National Laboratory Proficiency Testing. [ Methods ] GB/T5750.7 - 2006 of acidic potassium permanganate method was strictly implemented. [ Results ] After examination by IERM, the experimental results met the requirements of assessment and was close to the target value. [ Conclusion] Strict reaction conditions, accurate control of heating time and titration speed, stamping reaction in heating time, eliminating the influence of blank experiment in calculation are key issues for accurately detecting permanganate index project.
