摘 要:目的:探讨环孢素对CD_8^+T细胞释放可溶性CD_8(SCD_8)的影响。方法:在不同浓度的环孢素存在下,用PHA刺激正常人淋巴细胞,然后用酶免疫测定法测定培养上清液的SCD_8浓度。结果:单加PHA组的淋巴细胞在培养第3天后SCD_8显著增高,环孢素+PHA组在培养5d后上清波中的SCD_8虽增加趋势,但不及加PHA组显著(P<0.05),而且当环孢素浓度增至25Pg/ml时,培养上清液中的SCD_8减少不明显。结论:环孢素能抑制CD_8^+T细胞释放SCD_8,有助于阐明环孢素的作用机理。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of cyclosporine on CD8+ T cell to release soluble CD8 antigen (SCD8) .METHODS:SCD8 levels were determined by an enzyme immunoassay in supemants of which lymphocytes were stimulated by PHA and in presence of cyclosporine. RESULTS: SCD8 level was significantly increased in group with PHA as only stimulus in third day,but SCD8 level was insignificantly enhanced in group with PHA + cyclosporine in fifth day(P <0.05), moreover, decreasing of SCD8 level in supemant in latter group was not obvious when the concentration of cyclosporine was more than 25μg/ml. CONCLUSION: cyclosprine may as well inhibit activition of CD8+ T cell, then decreasing of SCD8 level is released.
