摘  要:为了抑制不平衡负载中的零、负序扰动,提出一种基于载波调制的双级四脚矩阵变换器解决方案。相对于3×4矩阵变换器的基于三维空间矢量调制方法,该方案无需繁杂的坐标变换、基于投影矩阵的占空比计算、棱柱体和四面体的辨识等,计算量大幅度减少,便于实现。双级四脚矩阵变换器是一种新型拓扑结构的电力变换装置,针对该拓扑提出的载波调制方法,不但具备处理不平衡负载的能力,而且能保证输入电流基本正弦,同时还能充分利用输入电压。还详细分析了在该调制策略下不平衡负载对输入电流的影响。数值仿真验证了该方案的可行性和解析推导的正确性。In order to reject the zero sequence and negative sequence disturbance due to unbalanced load, a solution using two-stage four-leg matrix converter based on carrier modulation strategy was proposed. Compared with the conventional ways, this solution needn't complex coordination transformation, duty ratio calculation based on projection matrix, the identification of prism and tetrahedron. As a result, the burden of computation is reduced. In addition, it has the ability to handle with the unbalanced load problems; meanwhile it can guarantee approximate sinusoidal input current and make full use of input voltage (maximum voltage transfer ratio). The effect of input current caused by nonlinear unbalanced load was deduced in detail under the proposed modulation strategy. At last, the numerical simulation results verify its availability and the correctness of analytical analysis.
