内毒素及肿瘤坏死因子在大鼠胰源性肺损伤发病过程中的作用及下法对其影响

摘　　要：目的：比较观察内毒素及肿瘤坏死因子在胰源性肺损伤动物实验中不同时间的变化及致损作用。方法：在制备胰源性肺损伤大鼠模型基础上，给予通里攻下中药治疗，分设治疗组、造模组、正常对照组，并在三组不同时间检测内毒素及肿瘤坏死因子的含量。结果：治疗组与造模组之间差别显著（Ｐ＜００１），造模组与正常对照组之间差别亦显著（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：内毒素及肿瘤坏死因子参与了胰源性肺损伤的全过程。bjective:To　investigate　the　injure　effect　on　the　tissues　and　organs　in　the　model　of　acute　pancreatic　lung　injury　induced　by　endotoxin　and　tumor　necrosis　factor.Methods:The　acute　lung　injury(ALT)rat　model　was　made　by　the　peritonealinjection　of　heterogenous　pancreatic　tissue　smear.The　peripherol　blood　serum　of　endotoxin　and　TNF　was　detected.Results:The　serum　level　of　TNF　and　endotoxin　were　increased　significantly(P<0.01)in　the　group　of　ALT　rats,and　decreased　after　gastric　injection　herbs(P<0.01).Conclusion:The　purgation　herbs　can　deminate　the　serm　endotoxin　and　TNF.This　herbs　has the ability of protecting　tissues　and　organs.
