三承气汤冲剂用于肠道准备的研究

摘　　要：为明确三承气汤冲剂在腹部外科肠道准备中的应用效果，本研究从胃肠道检查前肠道预洁、结直肠手术前肠道准备和术前代替肥皂水灌肠等几方面，用三承气汤冲剂与目前临床上常用的方法进行了前瞻性对比分析。结果表明，用三承气汤冲剂行腹部外科肠道准备能达到满意的机械清肠效果和肠道除菌作用。口服三承气汤冲剂引起的消化道症状较少，各项观察指标均优于对照组，统计学上有显著差异。同时还具有调整肠功能、加快术后消化道功能恢复等作用，有别于单纯泻下剂的作用。说明三承气汤冲剂可用于腹部外科肠道准备。n order to evaluate the effect of Three Cheng Qi Decoction used in the bowel preparation of abdominal surgery,the herbal medicine was applied to the bowel preparation before gastroenteric imaging examination,the bowel preparation before colorectal operation and substitution for soapsuds enema preoperatively. A prospective comparative analysis was made between oral Three Cheng Qi Decoction and routine methods.Result showed that using Three Cheng Qi Decoction in bowel preparation could have a satisfactory effect on mechanical cleansing and intestinal antisepsis and all kinds of criteria excelled those of the control group with significant statistical difference.A significant improvement of intestinal function was observed.It was suggested that using Three Cheng Qi Decoction in bowel preparation in abdominal surgery was better than the routine methods.
