祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛及其对血浆中Fib,DD的影响

摘　　要：目的观察祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)及对其血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)和D-聚体(DD)水平的影响。方法对40例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为常规西药加祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗组(治疗组)和常规西药治疗组(对照组),治疗组与对照组各20例。采用相应药物治疗4周后,观察2组患者的临床疗效、心电图改善及硝酸酯类药物的停减率,以及血浆中Fib、DD水平变化,并进行比较分析。结果治疗组可显著改善心绞痛症状总有效率为95.0%,与对照组总有效率75.0%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者血浆中Fib和DD下降水平治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);心电图改善情况及硝酸酯类药物减停率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论祛瘀消斑胶囊联合西药治疗UAP,疗效优于单用西药,且安全可靠。[ Objective ] To observe the therapeutic effects of Quyuxiaoban capsule on unstable angina pectoris （UAP） and the effect on the levels of fibrinogen（ Fib） and D - dimer（ DD） in plasma. [ Methods] Totally 40 patients with UAP were randomly divided into 2 groups. 20 patients in treatment group were treated by routine Western medicines combined with Quyuxiaoban capsule; the other 20 patients in control group were treated by routine Western medicines only, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. The clinical efficacy, ECG, Fib, DD and withdrawal rate of nitrates were observed and analyzed comparatively. [ Results ] Quyuxiaoban capsule could significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in treatment group（ total effective rate of 95 . 0% ）, as compared with control group（ total effective rate of 75 . 0% ）, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of Fib and DD in treatment group were significantly decreased, as compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were no significantly differences in ECG and withdrawal rate of nitrates （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, without obvious side -effect in both groups. [ Conclusion ] The combined treatment of Quyuxiaoban capsule and routine medicines is superior to single Western medicine in treatment of patients with UPA, with safety and reliability.
