中西医结合治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎中红细胞免疫状态的动态观察

摘　　要：作者利用致敏酵母菌法对２８例ＴＡＯ患者进行ＲＢＣ免疫系列检查，结果表明２８例患者均存在ＲＢＣ·Ｃ３ｂ花环率及红细胞免疫促进因子（ＲＦＥＲ）降低，而ＲＢＣ·ＣＩＣ花环率及红细胞免疫抑制因子（ＲＦＩＲ）升高，本病患者存在继发性红细胞免疫缺陷，且红细胞免疫抑制状态随病情好转逐渐恢复。结果同时表明红细胞免疫抑制状态同疾病活动情况密切相关，而与病变范围无关。A series of erythrocyte immune tests were examined by yeast garland method in 28 patients with thromboangitis obliterans(TAO).The results showed that the RBC·C3b garland ratio and RFER decreased while the RBC·CIC garland ratio and RFIR increased.All changes of erythrocyte immune state returned gradually to normal with the improvement of the condition.It was also found that the erythrocyte immune state was closely related to the TAO activity.This study provided the immunologic basis for the etiology and mechanism of the disease,and offered clinical monitoring indexes during the integrated treatmant of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
