摘 要:化纤长丝的变形加工是使规则排列的长丝束变成具有一定稳定度、结构排列相对混乱的过程,因而可以将变形纱在结构上的次序性特征定义为紊乱结构。紊乱结构是变形纱的基本结构特征之一,较好地解释了变形纱诸多物理现象。变形纱紊乱结构的数学模型可从熵变的角度出发,并最终表达线性体系中单丝片段无序性与其空间状态体积数的关系,同时也可为三维直角坐标系中单丝片段分布的密度函数。相对紊乱度、相对熵变值及变形纱膨松度指数是重要的紊乱度参数,可通过测量变形线性体的线密度、表观直径等参数进行计算。Texturing is a process during which the originally lined up filaments were turned into a relatively messed structure with certain stability. The arrangement of filaments in a textured yarn, therefore, can be defined as the disordered structure, which is one of the primary structural features of the textured yarn as well as an ideal explanation to many physical phenomena. Its mathematical model can be observed from the standpoint of entropy changing, and finally shown as a relationship between the disordering property of a filament segment in a linear object and its bulk in space, as well as a density function of the filament segment dispersion in a 3-D coordinate system. The relative disordering degree, relative entropy changing value and bulk index of the textured yarn are all important parameters, they can be calculated when some items such as the linear density, appearance diameter of the textured yarn were measured.
