摘  要:利用等离子体引发二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)接枝丙纶非织造布,以改善其表面性能,同时赋予材料抗菌功能。采用预浸泡单体再经等离子体照射的方法进行接枝。以材料对酸性红染料的结合量为接枝率的评价指标,通过正交试验得出等离子体处理最佳条件:放电功率为250 W,时间为25 min,压强为30 Pa;接枝后非织造布对染料的结合量为151.4μg/cm2。用XPS、TG、液态水分管理系统分别对接枝后材料的表面元素组成、热稳定性和亲水性进行表征,并用抑菌晕法和定时暴露法表征材料的抗菌性。结果表明,材料表面含有N元素,接枝后非织造布的亲水性、热稳定性提高,并具有一定的抗菌效果。The argon low temperature plasma was used to graft diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) onto polypropylene(PP) nonwoven fabric for improving its surface performance and antibacterial ability.The fabric had been presoaked in the monomer solution of DMDAAC and subsequently treated with low temperature plasma for grafting.The grafting percentage was characterized by acid red dye combination amount.The optimum plasma treatment conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: a pressure of 30 Pa and 250 W discharge power for 25 min.The combination amount of dye to the grafted fabric was 151.4μg/cm2.The element compositions on the grafted fabric surface,thermal stability and hydrophilicity were characterized by XPS,TG and Moisture Management Tester.The antibacterial ability was tested by Halo test and modified AATCC Test Method 100.The result of XPS showed that there was nitrogen on the surface of the grafted fabric,the hydrophilicity and thermal stability of the grafted PP fabrics were improved greatly,and it had antibacterial ability.
