摘  要:为了制备抗菌桑蚕丝制品,利用端氨基超支化合物季铵盐(HBP-HTC)对桑蚕丝织物进行抗菌整理,研究HBP-HTC水溶液及其整理后的桑蚕丝织物的抗菌性能。牛津杯扩散法实验结果表明,HBP-HTC水溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有良好的抗菌性能,随着HBP-HTC接枝的季铵基团数量的增加以及浓度的提高,其抗菌性增加。抗菌动力学亦表明,HBP-HTC具有优异的抗菌性能,当质量浓度为20 mg/L时即表现出良好的抗菌性。当HBP-HTC质量浓度为5 g/L时,经HBP-HTC整理后的桑蚕丝织物抑菌率达99%以上,HBP-HTC整理的抗菌桑蚕丝织物具有良好的耐洗牢度,且染色加工对其抗菌性能影响很小。A quaternary ammonium compound,2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer(HBP-HTC) was applied to mulberry silk fabrics in order to prepare antibacterial mulberry silk fabrics.The antibacterial property of both HBP-HTC aqueous solution and the treated silk fabrics were tested.The Oxford plate diffusion experiment showed that HBP-HTC aqueous solution had excellent antibacterial activity againstStaphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) andEscherichia coli(E.coli).Increasing the amount of quaternary ammonium salt groups grafted on the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer and the concentration of HBP-HTC,the antibacterial property of the product was enhanced.The growth kinetics curves ofS.aureusandE.colialso showed that excellent antibacterial properties of HBP-HTC was observed when the mass concentration of HBP-HTC solution was 20 mg/L.Silk fabric treated with 5 g/L HBP-HTC showed the bacterial inhibiting rate more than 99%.The durability of the antibacterial silk fabrics treated with HBP-HTC was satisfactory,and dyeing process had little influence on the antibacterial property.
