摘　　要：目的探索中国普通有生育力男性精液指标与年龄之间的关系。方法研究对象为中国6个省20～59岁一般有生育力男性946名，现场手工检测精液质量，利用结构式问卷收集研究对象相关信息。采用趋势x^2检验和多元线性回归分析，利用总体均数95％CI给出中国各年龄组精液指标正常值范围。结果随着年龄增长，精子活力合格率和精子存活合格率均呈明显下降趋势，〈30岁组为55．7％和97．3％，而50～59岁组分别仅为21．9％和90．3％。调整研究中心和禁欲时间后，未发现精液量与年龄之间的显著变动关系，其余精液指标在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义。精子密度、精子活力和正常形态精子率40～岁组和50～59岁组均显著低于〈30岁及30～岁组，精子存活率50～59岁以上组显著低于其他3个年龄组，精子活力50～59岁组也显著低于40～岁组。结论随着男性年龄的增长精液质量下降，评价精液质量应考虑男性年龄因素的影响。Objective To explore the association between age and variables of semen in Chinese males with normal fertility. Methods The population size under study would consist of 946 fertile male volunteers from 6 provinces of China, aged between 20 and 59. Semen quality was analyzed by hand on site and background information was obtained through structured questionnaire. Trend chi-square test and multiple linear regression methods were used and 95%CI were calculated to serve as reference value of semen variables of different age group. Results The normal percents of motility and living sperm declined significantly while the ascending of age, they were 55.7% and 97.3% in age 〈30 group when compared to 21.9% and 90.3% in the age 50-59 group respectively. Under control of confounding factors as for center and abstinence time, all semen variables except semen volume were significantly different among the age groups. Sperm concentration, percentage of sperm motility and normal morphology sperm decreased significantly after age 40 while percentage of living sperm decreased after age 50-59 group. Sperm concentration among the 50-59 year-old group appeared to be lower than the 40- year-old group. Conclusion The influence of age must be taken into account when evaluating the quality of semen.
