用正交试验探讨益母生化冲剂的最佳提取工艺

摘　　要：本文以阿魏酸为检测指标，用正交试验法研究益母生化冲剂的提取过程中不同的乙醇浓度、乙醇用量及提取时间对阿魏酸得率的影响。探讨最佳提取工艺。To obtain the optimal extraction process of Yimu Shenghua Chongji,We studied the affection of concentration,volume of alcohol and extracttion time on recovery of ferulic acid. The results indicated that the most appreciate process was to extract 2h×2 with 9 times volume of 95 % alcohol.
