摘　　要：本文介绍用高效液相色谱法测定棠茶总黄酮中蛇葡萄素含量的方法，线性范围在0．23～0．92μg之间，r＝0．9999，平均回收率为99．63％。A high performance liquid chromatographic method has been successfully used to determine the content of Ampeloptin in Tangcha's Flavonoids. There was a good linear relationship within the range O.23-0. 92 pg and the correlation coefficient r was 0. 9999. The average recovery was 96. 63 %.
