摘　　要：采用PM8188型高频电容式粮食水分测定仪对不同温度条件下不同水分小麦进行水分快速测定,并将测定结果与标准法(105℃恒重法)测定结果进行对比,探讨了高频电容式粮食水分快速测定仪受温度影响而引起的测量误差变化,旨在为及时校对该仪器提出参考。PM8188 type high frequency capacitance rapid grain moisture tester was used to rapidly detect the moisture of wheat with different moisture contents under different temperatures, the test results were compared with the results obtained by the standard method （constant weight method under 105~C ） , and the changes of measurement errors caused by temperature effect of the high frequency capacitance rapid grain moisture tester were discussed, thus to provide a reference for correcting this tester in time.
