摘  要:制作三块钢筋混凝土试验板,采用雷达波无损检测技术测试混凝土板的内部状态。对雷达波成像图形进行分析,得出钢筋、孔洞、异物及分层等在雷达波成像图形中的特征并做出识别,研究各种模拟情况的雷达波形特征及规律。结果表明,混凝土板中的钢筋、孔洞、木块、聚苯乙烯泡沫等的雷达波成像图形均为开口向下的反射弧,钢筋对其下部孔洞或异物的反射弧形状有较大影响。研究结果为钢筋混凝土结构内部状态的无损检测和质量评价提供了试验依据。Three concrete slabs with steel bars, cavity, foreign matter and bonding layer in it are fabricated and tested by using radar in order to measure their inner states. In the Light of the analysis on the radar wave image, the particularity of the radar wave image on steel bars, cavity, foreign matter and bonding layer in specimens are investigated and identified. The results show that all of the radar wave image of the steel bars, cavity, wood block and polystyrene foam in specimens are indicated as protuberant reflex arcs, and the steel bars have the obvious effect on the shape of the reflex arcs of the cavity or foreign matter below steel bars. The study results provide the experimental basis for the nondestructive testing and quality evaluation on the inner states of reinforced concrete structures.
