摘  要:如何科学合理地判定建筑重大火灾隐患并提出可行的整改措施是目前消防工作中遇到的一个难题。本文根据现阶段消防安全工程学的实际发展水平,首先分析了以性能为基础的建筑重大火灾隐患判定及整改的可行性;然后建立了重大火灾隐患判定及整改的基本框架,并对评估方法的基本内容进行了系统阐述,最后通过实例应用验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。该方法为科学、合理进行建筑重大火灾隐患的判定和整改提供了一种新的技术手段,可提高我国消防监督管理的水平。How to judge major fire potential for buildings scientifically and reasonably, and then to propose practical modification measures are difficult problems faced by fire prevention task. First the feasibility of the major fire potential judgment and modification based on Performance-base design is analyzed according to the development level on fire safety system in the paper. Then, the basic frame for judgment and modification of major fire potential is constructed and some detailed explanation is given. Finally, the feasibility and validity applying the established method above are testified by an example. Through theoretical analysis and practical application the method established in the paper can propose a new approach to deal with the major fire potential and satisfy the building function requirement at the same time, and can improve the fire management level in China.
