高效液相色谱法测定发射药中的中定剂

摘　　要：考察了在不同试验条件下发射药中二号中定剂的液相色谱行为,从而建立了二号中定剂的高效液相色谱测定方法。该实验采用的液相色谱条件为:Venusil MP-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇和水为流动相(70?30),流速1mL/min,检测波长248nm。该法的线性范围为0.2～100μg/mL,线性回归方程为:Y=983421X,相关系数r=0.9998,最低检测浓度为0.1μg/mL,回收率为98%～102%,相对标准偏差均小于2%。该法简单,操作方便,结果准确可靠,可用于发射药中中定剂的含量测定和控制。The liquid chromatographic behavior of centrale （ Ⅱ ） under different conditions were investigated, and a method for the determination of the content of centralite （ Ⅱ） in propellant by HPLC was established. The liquid chromatographic conditions were： Venusil MP- C18 Column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with methanol-water （70：30） as mobile phase （1mL/min） and detection at 248nm. The linear range was 0.2- 1.00 μg/mL. The regression equation wasY = 983421X （r =0. 9998）, the detection limit was 0.1μg/mL, the recovery was 98%-102%, and RSD was less than 2%. The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of centralite（ Ⅱ ）.
