超声水解法制备超细透明氧化铁黄颜料

摘　　要：利用三价铁盐在超声波条件下水解生成透明氧化铁黄颜料,探讨了超声水解的影响因素,并对产品进行了沉降时间、耐酸、耐碱及耐热性和TEM等表征分析。This paper studied hydrolysis reaction of the ferric iron salt under the ultrasonic wave condition to get transparent oxidation iron oxide yellow pigment, and discussed the influencing factor of hydrolysis reaction. Determination of the settling time, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance of product and TEM were carried out.
