摘　　要：目的通过对地震灾区伤员救治过程中心理危机干预的策略研究,提高我军应急作战卫勤保障工作的心理危机干预能力。方法对14例来自汶川大地震中一级受灾伤员的心理危机干预情况进行汇总。研究探讨心理危机干预的具体应用策略,包括心理危机干预小组形成、心理危机干预基本流程、具体方法与应用、专家督导与心理文档的保管等。结果初评精神问题自评问卷(SRQ)10分以上者3例;正常者中有2例在住院中SRQ分数由0分上升到10分、11分,被列为重点干预对象。全部伤员在两个月内,经过积极的医疗救治和心理危机干预,达到国家颁布的出院诊断标准,安返回乡疗养。无一例并发PTSD以及精神病性障碍。结论掌握和提高心理危机干预的技巧与使用时机,对整个干预工作的有效性起决定作用。本组资料作为实战的一部分,其个案具有代表性,整体具有普遍性。Objective To study strategies of psychological crisis intervention for the wounded from quake area so as to strengthen the capacity of mental crisis intervention in the military emergency medical service support. Methods The data on psychological crisis intervention for 14 first-level wounded from WenChuan quake area were collected.The specific application strategies for psychological crisis intervention were studied,which mainly include the formation of a crisis intervention team,the process , specific methods and application of psychological crisis intervention,experts supervision and storage of psychological files. Results SRQ of first evaluation was over 10 in three cases. Much emphasis was palced on two cases with their SRQ scores rising from 0 to 10 ,11 respectively during the treatment. All the wounded were up to the national diagnosis standard when they left hospital and returned to their hometown for recuperation after active medical treatment and crisis intervention. There were no PTSD and other mental disorders.Conclusion It plays a crucial role in the effective psychological intervention to grasp skills and occasion of intervention. As a part of actual intervention, the data show representative individual case and universal entirety.
