摘　　要：学术腐败现象在当今社会有愈演愈烈之势,其在期刊领域的主要表现为抄袭剽窃、一稿两投或一稿多投、重复发表和虚假署名等,影响特别恶劣.作为学术成果输出地的学术期刊,对防治学术腐败有义不容辞的责任.学术期刊应该从提高编辑自身素质、加强编辑部自律建设和从严立法、从来治理等几方面加强对学术腐败的防范与治理力度.The academic corruption phenomenon has the increasingly fierce potential now in the society. Its main performances are plagiarism, two or multiple submission of a manuscript, reduplicative publication and the false signature etc, and the consequence is specially bad. As the academic achievement exporting place, academic journals have the bounden responsibility to prevent and control the academic corruption. An academic journal should strengthen to prevent and control the academic corruption in the following three aspects, improving editors＇ own quality; enhancing the self--discipline construc- tion of editorial department; legislating and governing severely.
