芙蓉膏治疗非感染“阳热肿痛”类病证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芙蓉膏外敷治疗非感染"阳热肿痛"类病证的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将304例患者随机分为治疗组190例、对照组114例,治疗组病灶外敷芙蓉膏,对照组病灶外敷金黄散,疗程结束后分别观察总体疗效、局部症状、单病种疗效,局部和全身不良反应。结果:治疗组总体疗效、疼痛缓解、肿块消散、功能恢复等情况与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组单病种血栓性浅静脉炎总有效率无显著性差异,而亚急性甲状腺炎和急性痛风性关节炎总有效率治疗组优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组局部、全身不良反应均较低,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:芙蓉膏外敷治疗非感染"阳热肿痛"类病证有较好临床疗效,无明显局部和全身不良反应。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Furong ointment in treating the non-infectious Yang-heat-swelling-pain disease. Methods：30d cases of the nonqnfectious Yang-heat-swelling-pain disease were randomly divided into treatment group（190 cases） and control group（114 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Furong ointment in the infection places externally and evenly,replaced one time every day and one week for treatment course. The control group was treated with Jinhuang powder. The application and course were the same as that of the treatment group. After the course having ended,the overall effect,local symptoms,efficacy of a single disease, local and systemic adverse reactions were observed separately. Results：The total curative effect,the pain relief, local mass dissipation and the recovery of limb function of the treatment group were better than control group,the difference was significance（P〈0.01 ）. The total effective rates of single disease superficial thrombnphlebitis had no significant difference between two groups. But the total effective rates of subacute thyroiditis and acute gouty arthritis of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of two groups were low and there was not significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Furong ointment had a fine clinical effect in treating the non-infectious Yang-heat-swelling-pain disease by the external application and no obvious adverse reactions.
