摘 要:目的:探讨肾阳虚的本质及金匮肾气丸的作用机制。方法:以"劳倦过度、房室不节"造成小鼠肾阳虚模型,取其甲状腺,采用光镜和电镜进行病理形态学观察。结果:肾阳虚模型小鼠光镜下显示甲状腺滤泡上皮萎缩,滤泡形态不规则,核扁圆,部分胞浆疏松化,部分细胞变性、坏死,核消失,间质增多,腺泡内胶质少,部分空泡化;电镜下显示甲状腺滤泡上皮内质网高度扩张,细胞空化,线粒体肿胀,有核固缩现象,微绒毛减少。金匮肾气丸能够减轻肾阳虚模型小鼠甲状腺病理形态学的损伤。结论:"劳倦过度、房室不节"肾阳虚模型小鼠甲状腺存在着病理形态学不同程度的损伤,提示肾阳虚证与甲状腺功能密切相关,金匮肾气丸可以减轻肾阳虚模型小鼠甲状腺病理形态学的损伤,调节甲状腺功能,达到纠正肾阳虚证的功效。Objective:To explore the essence of kidney-Yang deficiency and the machanism of Jingui Shenqi bolus. Methods:The models of kidney-Yang deficieney were made by overstrain and intemperate sexual intercourse. The pathomorphological changes of thvroid glands were observed with light microseope and transmission electron microscope. Resuhs:Under light microscope the thyroid glands of mice with kidney-Yang deficiency existed follicular epithelial atrophy,irregular shape of follicle,oblate nuelear,part of loosened endochylema,part of cellular degeneration and necrosis,nuclear disappearing,more interstitial,less colloid,vacuolation partially.Under transmission electron mieroscope thyroid glands existed highly expanded follicular epilhelial endoplasmic reticulum,cell cavitation,mitoehondria swelling,pyknosis,less microvilli. Conclusion:The thyroid glands of mice with kidney-Yang deficiency had pathomorphologieal injuries different degree,which means kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome was closely related with the function of thvroid glands. Jingui Shenqi bolus couhl adjust the function of thyroid glands to treat kidney-Yang deficieney syndrome.
