德鲁克人本管理思想对图书馆工作的启示

摘　　要：当前,我国图书馆的人本管理无论在工作要求上,还是理论研究上更多强调"以读者为本",而就图书馆员自身命运和价值方面的论述明显较少,笔者以德鲁克人本管理思想为契机,重点阐述了图书馆落实"以馆员为本"管理理念的必要性与策略。Nowadays, more emphasis has been laid on ＂reader-oriented＂ principle of library humanistic management either in librarians＇ job requirements or in their theoretical research, while, less discussion on librarians＇ own destiny and value exists. Therefore, from the perspective of Drueker＇s humanistic management ideology, the author elaborates the necessities and strategies of implementation of ＂librarian-orlented＂ management ideology in libraries.
