摘　　要：大学生创业之所以行动能力不强,除了缺乏资金和社会阅历以外,对企业运营的不了解也是制约大学生创业的不可忽视的因素。"鼓励创业,但要做好准备","创业需要信心,更需要能力"。大学生创业行动能力不仅表现为制定创业计划书和筹措资金的能力,更表现为对企业的运作管理能力,而ERP平台在培养大学生企业运作管理能力方面能发挥重要作用。University students have not a strong action capacity on them venture, in addition to lack of funds and social experience, ignorance of business operations is the noticeable factor that constrains the university students to start their own business. ＂Encourage entrepreneurship, but to be well--prepared＂, ＂entrepreneurship needs confidence, but also needs capacity＂. University students＇ action capacity on venture include the not only ability to make business plan and raise funds, but also the ability to operate a business, and ERP platform can play an important role in training university students＇ business operation capacity.
