摘　　要：军人健康的心理是军人思想政治素质、军事业务素质、科学文化素质形成和提高的基础,是生成部队凝聚力、战斗力的重要因素。开展心理健康教育是促进军人心理健康的主要手段,文中从理念、目标、内容、方法、形式五个方面分析了增强基层部队心理健康教育实效性需要关注的几个问题。The psychological health education of military servicemen is an important factor to advance their ideological and political quality, professional quality, cultural and scientific levels. It plays an important role on enhancing the cohesiveness and fighting capacity of the army. Thus the education can be carried out to help military servicemen form healthy personality and psychology. This paper analyzes how to increase actual effectiveness of this education from the following five aspects： ideals, targets, contents, methods, and forms.
