摘　　要：建立新型农村合作经济组织提出已有20多个年头。理论界及实际工作者已为之作了大量的研究和探索,结果并不理想。目前各类组织普遍存在规模不大,覆盖面小,实力薄弱,稳定性差,农民参与热情不高,内在动力不足等问题。分析新型农村合作经济组织发展缓慢之深层次原因,探索近期应采取的措施有着重要的意义。Since the new agricultural cooperative was stated,it has been over 20 years. During this time, the researchers and practical workers have done lots of works, but the outcome is not satisfied. The scale and the covered fields are small, the strength is weak, the stability is not good, etc. Analyzing the deep reasons, and researching the recent measures to make the new agricultural cooperative develops fast is very useful in China.
