影响社员对合作社满意度因素的分析

摘　　要：通过全国部分合作社社员的调查,重点分析了影响合作社社员满意度的因素,并用Logistic模型进行了实证研究。结果表明,社员收入水平,社员入社年数,参加的合作社是否由农民大户发起,合作社是否提供种子和种苗服务、农资供应服务、产品销售服务,合作社是否按股分红是影响社员满意度的显著因素。基于这些实证研究结果,提出了提高社员满意度的相关建议。Based on the investigations of some cooperative members in China,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of cooperative member satisfaction, and does some empirical researches with Logistic model. The results show that the significant factors of cooperative member satisfaction which involve the income level of cooperative member, the years since cooperative member joined in cooperative ,the creator of cooperative who is a farmer or not ,and whether the cooperative provides seeds and seedlings, agricultural materials, product sales and dividends or not. Based on the empirical results above, the conclusions and suggestions are given.
