摘  要:考虑环境温差、混凝土收缩、徐变等因素的温度收缩效应分析是超长混凝土结构设计的核心问题之一。由于尚无合理、完善的设计计算理论,作者提出了考虑环境温差、混凝土收缩、徐变时效特性、后浇带、施工进度控制等因素的混凝土结构温度收缩效应的计算方法,并给出了具体设计参数的建议取值。应用有限元分析软件对某超长预应力混凝土框架结构进行了不同工况下的温度收缩效应分析,分析结果表明:建议的温度收缩效应的计算理论以及综合计算温差确定方法对实际工程结构设计具有一定的指导意义。Analysis of temperature variation and shrinkage caused by environment temperature variation, shrinkage and creep of concrete is one of key problems in the design of extra-long concrete structure, but there isn't reasonable and perfect design calculation method in current design criteria. A new calculation method is presented, which takes into account of environment temperature variation, concrete transient properties of shrinkage and creep, post-casting strip, construction progress control and other factors, and values of corresponding specific design parameters are recommended. Temperature variation and shrinkage effects of an ultra-long prestressed concrete structure is analyzed under differential conditions with finite element analysis software, and the results of analysis and calculation shows that the calculation method of temperature variation and shrinkage effects and determination method of comprehensive calculating temperature variation have some guiding significance to practical engineering structure design.
