摘  要:特许经营是一种属于连锁经营类的商业模式,被誉为"复制成功",即把一个企业的成功经验迅速复制到众多加盟商头上以实现大规模的市场扩张。特许经营的实质就是"一揽子"的知识产权授权,而知识产权能引发的经济效应是核聚变式的,它将成为各国在经济上的"核武器"。想要打开世界经济的大门获得全球化的胜利,利用跨国公司、特许经营这类商业模式已成为许多世界知名企业的首选。如何更好地利用知识产权战略成为了特许经营企业的一大课题。Franchising is a kind of chain business model, known as "copy the successful", that is, to the success of an enterprise to rapidly reproduce to join the many heads in order to achieve large-scale market expansion. A series of successful enterprises in the world launched a large-scale development, so far some of the most successful example is KFC, McDonald's, Coca-Cola and other world famous brands. The essence of a franchise is the "package" of intellectual property licensing, intellectual property rights can be triggered bythe economic effects of nuclear fusion-style, it will become the national economy "of nuclear weapons." The high-tech one of the ultimate goal is to generate economic benefits and would like to open the door to the world economic globalization was the victory of multinational companies, such franchising business model will be the trend of the times. In the current franchise still exist in what issues should be improved, how to better make good use of the concession business model worthy of attention.
