摘　　要：当代社会的复杂性、多元性与动态性发展,使得公共政策评估越来越受到重视。我国的公共政策评估还停留在起步阶段,要取得进一步的发展,就必须对公共政策评估进行制度化建设。我们不仅要明确公共政策制度化建设的重要意义,弄清公共政策评估制度化建设的主要内容,更重要的是要把握好公共政策评估制度化建设的原则和要求,只有这样,我国的公共政策评估工作才会做得更好。With complicated, multiplex and dynamic developing of modem society, we pay more attention to the public policy evaluation. The public policy evaluation of our country is just beginning. In order to make greater progress, we should do system construction with the public policy evaluation. We not only clear about the important meaning of the system construction and the main content of the system construction of public policy, but also and more important can control the principle and demand of the system construction on public policy evaluation. Only by this way, we can do better work about public policy evaluation.
