摘 要:采用SBR工艺培养生物强化除磷活性污泥,通过厌氧批式试验对反应器中的高效除磷好氧颗粒污泥进行厌氧乙酸吸收动力学研究。结果表明:聚磷菌对乙酸吸收速率不受乙酸浓度影响,但受胞内聚磷浓度影响。当胞内聚磷浓度低于60 mg-P/g-VSS时,乙酸吸收速率与聚磷浓度呈Monod关系。进而求出了聚磷菌吸收乙酸的动力学方程,其中最大乙酸吸收速率为3 mg-HAc/g-VSS.min,胞内聚磷的饱和系数为20 mg-P/g-VSS。另外,在pH为中性条件下,每吸收1 mg乙酸,聚磷菌释放约0.5 mg磷。A sequencing batch reactor had been used for enhanced biological phosphorus removal activate sludge culture. The kinetics of acetate uptake under anaerobic conditions by aerobic granular sludge which enriched PAOs were studied in batch tests. The results showed that :the rate of acetate uptake was independent Of the acetate concentration, and the maximum specific acetate uptake rate was 3 mg - HAc/g - VSS · min. But it was influenced by the polyphosphate content of the biomass with the monod re- lationship, when the polyphosphate content was under 60 mg - P/g - VSS. It was found that the amount of phosphorus release per acetate uptake was nearly 0. 5 mg - P/mg - HAc when the influent was neutral.
